My traveling companions ensure I stay on track
Life on the farm was far from laid back
After an amazing 14 years of building and maintaining a small farm full of Nubian dairy goats, laying hens and Morgan horses, health concerns finally required a change in lifestyle.
Now I get to travel regularly with my Miniature Poodles, Ginger and Prince. Rocinante is big enough to dispel claustrophobic tendencies in both Ginger and myself, and with plenty of storage, I am able to stock with everything I need to cook on the road as well as I can at home!
